It is Taco Bell Time!

Weight Watchers points at Taco Bell for the busy Blue Weight Watcher!

It still blows my mind that a lifestyle program, like Weight Watchers Freestyle, provides enough flexibility for me to eat at my favorite fast food places and still lose my weight! I’m talking places like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, and even Pizza Hut. Granted, I cannot eat at those places every single day and still fit my jeans, but it’s nice to know when I have that craving, I can easily indulge. Before I share Weight Watchers points at Taco Bell, let me give a little context.

Little by little – the best way to lose weight!

Gladly, I’m inching my way toward my goal without feeling cheated or bored.

Not to imply I don’t have my little “setbacks”. I do.

But, in the end, I’ve managed to remain resolute and stay on track toward becoming a healthier 40-something me.

Why I do this

Full disclosure: I started writing these blog posts FOR MYSELF. #itsallaboutme

Sometimes, I get overwhelmed by searching the Weight Watchers app. It helps to be able to pull up My40somethinglife.com to find a “quickie” list of Weight Watchers points for my favorite restaurants.

In the last few months, I’ve found it helps so many other Weight Watchers too! I’m so glad. Nothing is better than doing something that helps others. Well, there is one thing.

Well, today, I’m listing the Weight Watchers points at Taco Bell.

Full disclosure again: I don’t eat at Taco Bell much.  It’s just not my “go-to” fast food place.  Yet, as you know, a busy day can easily turn busier and you need a quick and easy option. That’s Taco Bell.

Sometimes you just want something different from a burger. That’s Taco Bell for me. If it’s not your thing; no worries.

Let’s get to it!

Without further ado, here are Freestyle Weight Watchers points at Taco Bell – straight from the app:

Tip: I scan looking at the left-side of the screen focusing on the Freestyle point values first. Then I look at what the menu item is.

That’s why you won’t find crazy high values on this list. I have eliminated those ridiculously high point options. For example, if something is 23 points, why bother? It’s not worth it.

No, I want this list to be a resource to help you choose the BEST options and easily access Weight Watchers points at Taco Bell.

Repeat …I’ve said it before and will again:

It’s so refreshing to be able to eat anywhere and still fit your clothes.

Most diet plans are incredibly and depressingly) restrictive. You could never do it for a lifetime. Weight watchers is beautifully different. I love you Weight Watcher *mmmmuh*

It’s also empowering to know if you have enough points (saved either from your day or from your weekly allotment), you can easily eat anything you want (within reason).

Why no “before and after” pics here

Also, it’s important to say I have not been severely overweight. Like most people, I’ve just put on a few ‘here and there’ and need a way to manage and re-align my diet. That’s why I have no “before” and “after” photos to show you.

The Weight Watchers Lifestyle

This program is a lifestyle tool to keep me at a healthy weight and to continue down a fit and nutritionally wholesome trajectory of life.

My temperament Gets in my way.

Boy, do I need this sort of structure too. My personality could make becoming obesely overweight a real possibility. My adventurous, pleasure-driven temperament means if I love a cookie (or something), I’ll want to eat the entire bag. Weight Watchers helps me reel that in a bit. As a True Colors and MBTI trainer, it helps to know how our personalities influence every area of our life. Visit my blog, www.ThinkBlinkLearn.com to discover yours for free!

So, there you have it. You and I are both ready for the next Taco Bell craving.

Thanks for reading. I hope you’ll subscribe!

Also, if you’re on Connect, let’s connect. My user name is warmbanannas (don’t ask where that handle came from). LOL. Your guess is as good as mine!

As of now, I’m trying Noom. Bye-bye for now, WW.
