My slowcooker cake with pie filling

Want to taste something yummy? It’s my slowcooker cake with a twist.

Here is what I did:

I dumped the two ingredients (peach pie filling and angel food cake mix) into a bowl.  Then, I stirred well.  It took a while, but I persevered.

I poured (more like piled) the mixture into a slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.

I cooked for 3 hours on low. That’s it!

Be prepared.

It will look pale. But, trust me, it will be delicious.

I topped it with fat-free Cool Whip.  Even my picky son liked it!

Next time, I’ll freeze the Cool Whip for an ice cream effect.
